![]() ![]() Just saying this because I utilized my Congresswoman from Wisconsin, Tammy Fitzgerald and all they did was get me an exam through VES during the pandemic. ![]() The Only thing they can do is schedule you an exam, if youre waiting to reach your line in the cue for a bva Judge, I could see you using a congressman to maybe get them to pull your file. This is the exact same wording I saw in February 2020 before my appeal was closed the first time. Your appeal is eligible to be sent to a judge when it’s ready for their review. Your appeal is waiting to be sent to a judge So today is March 19th 2021 and my supposedly closed and granted claim from March 18th 2020 has now been reopened and placed back on the BVA docket for another decision? Below is what I see on VA.GOV GovĬlaim for regulatory or procedural review The Rep could not see where my appeal was certified in April 202 so she initiated an IRIS. I spoke with a Rep at the BVA who again confirmed that the appeal was closed in February but nothing beyond that. When I finally received a reply it did not address the status of my BVA remand. The person initiated an inquiry and said I should get a response within 7-10 business days. In July I called the 1800 number and spoke with a person who confirmed that the appeal had been closed in February 2020 but no other information was available. However In April 2020 I received a letter stating that my appeal has been certified by the BVA. If this decision changes your disability rating or eligibility for VA benefits, you should see this change made in 1 to 2 months. The Veterans Benefits Administration agreed with you and decided to overturn the original decision. The Veterans Benefits Administration granted your appeal Gov a couple weeks later and saw the following statement dated March 18th 2020 I submitted a statement, within the 30 days time period, explaining why I thought the BVA should over turn and grant my appeal. However MaI received a SSOC stating that the RO was continuing the denial. In February 2020 according to VA.Gov the appeal was granted and closed. I appealed and it was remanded in July 2018. ![]() This is my first time posting here so bear with me for a moment. ![]()
